Ingredients:
1. Watermelon
2. Mint leaves
3. Lemon juice
4. Ice cubes
5. Calbrew Mojito Mint Kefir
Procedure:
1. Take a clean glass.
2. Add a handful of watermelon chunks to the glass.
3. Tear a few mint leaves and add them to the glass with the watermelon.
4. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the watermelon and mint leaves together in the glass to release their flavors.
5. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice according to your taste preference.
6. Add ice cubes to the glass, filling it about halfway.
7. Pour Calbrew Mojito Mint Kefir over the ingredients in the glass.
8. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.
9. Optionally, garnish the mocktail with a sprig of mint leaves and a lemon slice for presentation.
